Ball Mill with Micronising Unit
Designed for precision grinding of minerals like Calcite, Dolomite, Pyrophyllite, Red Oxide, Bauxite, Petcock, Barite, and Lime Stone - ensuring uniform particle size and low maintenance.
Ball mills operate by introducing the mineral to be milled into a rotating cylinder, which is filled with the mineral to 40% and contains grinding media. The material is ground by the tumbling action of the mill drum. Optimal rotation speeds combined with simple and robust construction make them ideal for grinding hard and abrasive material. The ball mill principle ensures that the grinding process is both efficient and effective. As the shell rotates, the motion of the balls inside creates a cascading effect, which grinds the materials into a desired particle size. The ball mill is used to get an output of 20 microns to 6 microns.
